1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed with Protax Beauty are carefully packed and processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) using trusted courier partners.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Free for orders above AED 200

    • Flat rate of AED 20 for orders below AED 200

  • Express Shipping:

    • Flat rate of AED 50 on all orders

All shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
